    I'm interested if the schedule works out. I'd vote for February. I'm in Queens but close to the subway so any borough would work.

    If meet is in Feb I am planning to have one more headphone by then.

    Okay I'm going to limit this to 15 people, otherwise it'll get harder or more expensive to pay for a venue. Unless you guys can find a big enough venue that is also inexpensive. Damn, I knew there were a lot of people in NYC but so many of you are lurkers!

    Ahh yes, I was going to ask you how much it would be to rent at the American Legion. Didn't know that they had a smaller room for rent, but $400 is reasonable with the amount of people that we have.

    Okay, I’m less interested in a full blown meet. For that, there’s a good guy in PA hosting a full meet at his photography studio on January 31st. His venue is cool. It’s also free and only 2 hours away. I was there for a meet a year or two ago and it was a fun carpool and day. If any of you want to go down, I’d be down to carpool.

    For this one, I hope it's a minimeet. There's an inverse relationship between meet quality and size, so like @thegunner100 said, I hope we don't add any more than 15 people.

    Yeah, no more than 15. Lets go for February.. maybe 2/14 or 2/21? Sunday so that Kunlun can finally make it to a meet.

    Not sure how you handle overflow here, but it might be a good idea to maintain a "waiting" list in case anyone needs to drop out. I'd hate to have taken a spot without having a way to give it up to someone else if need be.
