    Yes, central NJ. Seems like most people are in the NYC area so maybe hosting down here isn't ideal. I also have a car if anyone near by needs a ride.

    Another possibility: my apartment complex has a room they rent for events (birthday parties, etc.). It would easily accommodate 15. I'll investigate the cost next week when the office is open and report back. I live in Jackson Heights, so people would have to be willing to travel to Queens, but I'm convenient to the E / F / R / M / 7 trains.

    Wow just looked at the American Legion Babylon room. That would easily accommodate 150. Let me revise: the event room I mentioned would accommodate 15 ppl but not 15 tables full of gear.

    you must have looked at the downstairs room where the spring hf meets are held.The upstairs room is about 1/4 the size.

    We don't need 15 full tables of gear. I think what you have in your apartment may work well. We can easily have multiple setups on 1 table since we can stack stuff. it's also not guaranteed that all 15 of us can make it either.
