2/21 works for me as of now. We'll see if family obligations crop up that will keep me from making it. I'll try to let everyone know as soon as I do so someone from the waitlist will have a chance to take my spot.

2/21 works for me, too. I live in Brooklyn and may be able to drive a person or two.

Gunner - I have a Bifrost Multibit and a Liquid Carbon (also may bring Zashooman's Krell clone to hear vs. original). HD600s and ZMF Omnis. May bring He 400. (Sorry I missed your message).

Too bad about the Super 7. Maybe someday.

Thanks guys. I've bolded the names of those who have confirmed for attendance on the OP list.

I've been hesitant to RSVP since I might be out of the country during the meet, but it sounds like it'll be a great time and I would appreciate being waitlisted in the event that there's extra room (assuming I'll be around).

I'm in Bushwick. Don't have access to a car so I don't think I'd be able to lug my Rag/Yggdrasil over, but I'd be happy to bring my Torpedo III, Crack, & any of my headphones (gear listed in my profile).

Good to see that there's such a sizable community in the area! If I don't make it to this one, I'll definitely look forward to the next.

Got it. Seriously, I wasn't expecting so many of us to be in the area! If we have space and you can make it, I'm sure one of us could pick up your gear. I'd love to finally try the Rag. I only heard it once when Alex from Audio Zenith brought it over to the Spring meet but I didn't get to spend much time with it.

To add to the gear list: I can bring a Liquid Carbon, LCD-3F, and TH-X00

That would be great, if I could get a hand I'll definitely bring them out (might be able to coax my roommate into doing the heavy lifting and cab it over).

This might be better suited for a Ragnarok thread, but I really enjoy my Ragnarok. It's not as engaging as my Crack or Torpedo depending on what I plug into it (Crack is more lush & laid back which works well with my DT880s and HD600/800s, Torpedo is more forward & resolving which works great with my HD650s and TH-X00s), but it performs the most consistently with all of my headphones (IEMS included). It's become my reference palette cleanser when switching between different amps, since it seems to bring out the best in any of the headphones I plug into it without imparting too much of it's own discernible character. Plus it does a killer job with my LS50s and is the only amp I own capable of sufficiently driving my Vibros (which seem to require a huge amount of power).

I could easily drive to bushwick and pick you up. Not a problem at all.

I updated the attendance and gear sheet. For some reason, I forgot to put velvetx in there! But I left him a special spot. I think we will most likely take @speedracer1's offer of having the meet at his place. It would have been nice to have a meet that's actually in NYC for once but I think being able to have more time and space for the event is more important, especially considering that this is our first tri-state SBAF meet.

Thank you gunner. It is my pleasure to host and I'm glad to bring in a 6' hero and/or pizza or any thing that will work for everyone.
    Sincerely,

I could bring my Liquid Carbon but do we really need 4 there? So I will probably just bring a bunch of cans. Will bring PM-2 and HD 600 and people can let me know if they would rather hear AKG K7xx or Q701 as I don't want to carry both.

Wait... how did we get to 4 LCs? I only see one from Boops.

    Edit: and one from Ziva.

I don't have much to offer, but assuming I'm able to come I can bring a new (silver driver) HD600 and/or AKG K7XX. I can also bring my Schiit M2/M2 (non-Uber) stack if anyone's interested.

I misread. I thought I saw someone else write down "LC", but maybe I saw LFF or LI and it imprinted on my brain wrong.

How do you guys feel about inviting Julie Glick, the audiologist, to the meet? Some of you may have met her before either at the NY meets or when you got your ear impressions taken for your UERMs. She has the whole UE and JH CIEM lineup and perhaps maybe even the UERR. In the past, she has never been pushy at all with trying to sell her audiologist services or any CIEM product. She may possibly provide discounts or free impressions at the meet as well, but I'm not completely sure on that. I haven't asked her if she was interested yet since I don't know if you guys are interested. It is our first tri-state SBAF meet after all.

Nice lady I've met her a few times if she is interested don't see an issue. Good chance to listen to the UERR as well.

I would certainly be OK with it. After the NY (CT) meet I considered seriously for the first time getting custom in ears. But I only heard one Ultinate Ears set and would need to hear others to make an informed decision. But I would say I am in the market for a set for subway and gym use.
