HD 800, since October 2009. Or if instruments count, I've had my Guild D-35 since 1973.

I've owned my harmon-kardon t60 turntable for about 32 years. In storage now, but I still own it. Just don't care about it.

My reference setup is a Sony CD900ST and a HeadAmp Pico DAC/Amp dating back to 2007. It's served me many good studying sessions. The Pico had been dormant for a while but I've found recently that it makes my Fiio sound less shitty. The only downside is that even low gain isn't low enough.

The 2008 Westone UM2s (the fixed cable version) were bought on a whim and they just simply refuse to die. They were my back-up pair during a year between CIEMs and even survived a spin in the washer. That alone is enough to keep them around, plus they're my personal benchmark against new IEM gear.

The Sony CD900ST has an awesome midrange. One of the few Sony headphones worth collecting.

    HD650 (still with me)
    UE TripleFi 10 (now gone)
McIntosh MAC 4100 (still here, for now...)

Some more recent acquisitions will be sticking around for a long while I think (TIII, vinyl gear)

Headphones are a relatively new passtime for me so my gear is all new (or new to me at least). But I still have Apogee Centaur Minors, AR Classic Model 5's and a Pass DIY power amp from the mid 90's. Sold my Conrad Johnson PV10B earlier this year after 10 years + of faithful and enjoyable service. But the longest held and used item is probably a Harman/Kardon TU9200 AM/FM tuner bought new in 1990 or 1991.

Genelec 8050A from 2008. And for good reason these are not going anywhere in the near future either.
I still have K701 , from 2008 as well, but these are not going anywhere either, also for good reason :D (nobody wants these)

I got a AKG k240 DF in 2001, and those were my only headphones for over a decade - when I use them now, I'm reminded of how lucky I was to have them recommended to me.

Also I got one of those Yamaha 'Natural Sound' amps in 1999 with a pair of Diamond 7.1 speakers; that's still my HiFi setup and hasn't been changed. It doesn't get much more than Youtube/digital radio/gaming these days.

HD 590. Since 2006 or so. Nice mid-range and treble, no bass at all almost compared to hd650. But at time I thought they were great and it's the headphone that got me into Senns.

I used to own these and we're my only real headphone for 5 or 6 years. Was blown away by open back airiness and mid presentation. Gave them to brother in law, wish I had em back. Also gave me the confidence to buy hd650's and haven't looked back since. Sennheiser dynamics for lyfe

I bought my HD600s in 2003 and despite many other headphones coming and going, they've always survived the cut. I barely even listen to them any more, tending only to fall back on them when I'm "in between" headphones for a brief while now and again. Even at those times, when I'm accustomed to far more expensive cans, the HD600 are never less than enjoyable, solid and reliable and worth far more to me than they'd ever make if I sold them. Sennheiser hit the ball out of the park when the made these. Amazing to think they've been around nearly 20 years.

I always think about the items I let 'get away' for one reason or another. A great thread would be based on remembering your 'Rosebud', or items that you have re-bought after a period of remorse. My longest owned item has got to be the 6 foot long power strip that I liberated from the back of a Stanton rack at a liquidated Post facility I worked at.

Rogue M180 monoblocks. Started life as new 2001 M120's, sent them in for the M150 conversion, then again for M180 revision.
Original 1998 von Schweikert vr4's, picked them up used in 2001, sent them to Albert for the Mod-5 mods.

    That'd be my dad's hand-me-down HD600 From 16 years ago.
I mainly used hd650 now but once in a while, i went back to it and its still alive and kicking.

For headphones, HD202s. Though I mostly use my HD600s.

For DAP, an old Creative Zen (very little power). Though I mostly use my Sansa Clit.

For receiver, an old Yamaha RX-V663.

    For speakers, Mirage Nanosats.

LOL! This is sort of the image that came to my mind:
