Have to agree. My Galaxy Note II LTE measures really well and accordingly sounds great. Use it with 250/300/600 ohm headphones and it will be so underpowered as to be in effect useless, and if your music collection is not 44.1 KHz 16-bit it is not for you, but with quality IEMs (currently Shure SE425) listening to CD derived lossless I can find absolutely nothing to criticize. Storage size? Who cares? All my music is on my home server and some clever people invented these things called the interwebs and omg-4G and wtf-UPnP servers and holy-shit-its-mpd. Local physical storage: whatever size microSD you have/irrelevant; Effective storage size: unlimited terabytes of lossless audio. And there are Android players which support smb, http streaming, crossfeed, proper parametric eq and so on (hint Neutron Player and BubbleUPnP are worth the small one time costs, and I speak as a true skinflint).

That's awesome if you're in areas with great cell coverage and unlimited data.

Tmobile in the US at least, has no data charges for audio streaming. Gotta love that. Not sure abiut the rest of the world, but I love T-Mobile.

Actually T-Mobile does charge for some services, and not for others. Each service has to sign up to be part of T-Mobile's offer.

Really? I didn't know that. I just know the ones I'm using are free. Makes me happy, as they say, free is for me.

Yeah only some apps are part of their Binge program, but their service is atrocious in some areas so it's unusable anyway for a lot of people.

I'm fortunate to have lived in 2 areas with excellent coverage. NY and Florida. Much happier with them that I was with Sprint or AT&T. Verizon was the best, but no root ruins that for me.
