Selling an HE-560 with two pairs of Focus A pads (one on the headphone, one unopened), a pair of Focus Pads, and the stock cable and box. (They're mini-coax connector and not the new plugs). The box has some scratches but the headphone, cable, and pads are in tip top shape. (No smoke on these, because I don't loan gear to my idiot friend anymore. He's still my friend though.)

Decided to try these out over the weekend...I can tell they're not for me. (I should have steered clear that given that my treble sensitivity is like Hands's).

Price is $450 + shipping and Paypal. Unless otherwise requested, I'll ship via Large Priority Mail Flat Rate Box, so it'll be around $18 or so to most US locations.

Good deal! I picked up NinjaPirates 560 with Jerg Focus pads. I found that the source + amp helps quite a bit with that treble issue. With a Geek Out -> PPAv2 I was right at my comfort threshold around 8K and a little up. On my home setup of a Havana Tube DAC -> Krell Klone - the 560 was much more tolerable and it now takes a good portion of my head time. It is a great headphone for electronic music lovers.

The tube DAC goes a long way too, no doubt ;) I'm pretty happy with Gungnir Multibit > Val 2 > Modded HD650 atm. (Though, my HD800 itch is always there...)

The HD650, HE560, HD800 are my Go-to Trio right now. Your setup sounds perfect for both of the Sennheisers!
