Big tax bill combined with a slowdown at work was the straw that broke the camel’s back, but I’ve been considering it for a while. At some point it felt like records became more about the physical objects than the music contained on them for me, and while I did still enjoy listening to vinyl, I was doing less and less of it. I am keeping a handful of records in case I ever want to go back.
