Selling my modded Massdrop x Cavalli Tube Hybrid headphone amp including LPS. I rolled the interstage capacitors to nothing less than Miflex KPCUs (paper and polypropylene with solid copper foil). Paired with the Genalex Gold Lion E88CC/6922 that has replaced the stock tube, this may be the best-sounding MCTH you can find.

The linear power supply has got an R-core transformer that’s rated for 230V. The stock wall wart that’s included works both on 115V and 230V. European users, note that the wall wart has a US plug, though I have no idea why you would want to use it instead of the LPS :)

Besides the original wall wart, the amp also comes with the original box and sleeve. The tube is pretty new and has a couple of dozens of hours on it - burned-in, if you like.

Is everything A+ ? No - I’m the second owner, and the front panel has a small dent on the top where the black coating chipped off. It’s small - but check it out on the photos just in case. Also, like many MCTHs, there is a slight channel imbalance. At lower volumes, the right channel is slightly louder than the left. And as with them other MCTHs, this goes away as the volume dial reaches around 9 o’clock and above.

I’ll be honest: biggest part of the price is the LPS and Miflex KPCUs. A stock MCTH may trade for like €75, but you have to account for another €100 plus €160 for getting new Miflex KPCUs and an LPS shipped. I’m selling the MCTH and the LPS as a set only, so you're getting 30% off on those extras.

Asking price is €249. If you’re interested, reach out to figure out the shipping costs. I’ll ship to anywhere and PayPal G&S fee is on me.

P.S. like all MCTHs, the output phase is inverted. If you don't like that, for €20 extra I'll throw in custom-made XLR-to-RCA interconnects that wire the RCA signal to the XLR negative polarity. And voila: minus minus is plus and you have normal phase again.
