My problem with HD650 fags and [poor] redditors

Having nicer things doesn't equal "a better life." In fact I would argue that always chasing the next best thing and finding your satisfaction in that will ultimately lead to a disappointing life.

 

It was interesting to see how the OP would bind homosexuals and HD650 fanboys together; I was at that meeting and I have seen the same thing. I haven't spent any time around the HD650 for the same reasoning as it was mentioned in the first post. I was there to check out the HE-6 (insane!!!) and that home-made electrostat (even more insane!!).

But talking about homosexuals, here is my conclusion: I remember I have once asked an older friend of mine who is straight and super wise, about homosexuals and if he dislikes them like I do (did). His answer was eye-opening: "No, actually I quite like them b/c the more of them, the more pussies for us"!

I feel the same way towards the Hd650 fanboys; let them gather around the HD650 rigs so the more time we can spend around the Hi-Fi stuff and the less we have to wait in line to get them.

I have no desire to listen to your only safe for the deaf and low volume "60 db cymbal/snare peaks", treble spike cans from CHIFIMAN, thin STAXHOLE electrostatic garbage not the ESP 950/L700/Orpheus type tunings, cheese grater treble stock HD 800s, or spiked dildo of death f'ing your brain Beyers and FAILKGs. If this crap were speakers, people would f'ing burn it as it's way worse than the original consumer bookshelf version brittle NS10 that needs toilet paper; this crap doesn't need it's ass wiped, it needs to be thrown against a brickwall. A lot of this shit just sounds like it measures so there's no need to hear it for longer than a minute or so with some test material.

I would much rather test out DACs and amps with the HD 600 and HD 650 than listen to crappy headphones I won't buy as they sound like compressed garbage. The HD 600/650 are not mid-fi, they are at least as high fidelity as any other headphones, the "flagships" are all much linearly distorted; even the Utopia has worse mids. FIdelity is faithfulness as compared to the standard, which is speakers and not stupid compressed wall of sound Magnepan crap. Headphones are trash compared to speakers but at least the HD 600/650 are tonally much more right than other headphones.

Now for the f'ing impoverished redditors, they need to get a f'ing life, stop buying lo fi crap, and buy real gear. Your gear sucks. YOUR f'ing CHIFIMAN 400i, PHILIPS XXX2 with ICE CUBE, and ATH MRS7 staph infection suck an dsound like f'ing trash. You can't even hear the f'ing HD 580/600/650/800 as you don't have the gearto use it. It;s like putting a pair of jeans on a f'ing labrador retreiver to judge how they fit your fat ass. If you're using the HD 600/650 out of anything cheaper than a Vali 2, you're not even hearing what the headphone can f'ing do. Even the Magni 2U is slow as f**k with the bass even if it gets it mostly tonally right until the steely treble. No, your f'ing monoprice/o2/smsl pandastack/asus soundcard/fiio chifi trash/matrix op amp rolled garbage/tiny little agd shit that sounds like crap compared to the massive agds with the krell-like sound/whatever your gear sucks/etc sounds like f'ing crap even compared to a something like a V2 whatever from LH Labs or an Asgard 2. Even the Asgard 2's sstaging is compressed as f**k compared to hte Black Widow and entry level OTLs like the Valhalla 2. They're f'ing entry level or glare filled dac chips like f'ing shit chifi sabres and velvet sound AK4490 crap with the minimum phase filter enabled (f'ing DAC PORT SLIM SO BAD) is fuckingtrash and everything will sound like trash. OOOH THIS USB SOUNDS LIKE CRAP OUTTA MY 300 DOLLARS FROM BESTBUY CRAPTOP, GOTTA USE MY AK PLAYER!

Not cause 305s are bad, they are one of hte best affordable nearfields compared the amp in it to the horrible shit in yamahas or the tonality to the focal house crap sound.
