I have not heard Saga, but I think it would come down to flexibility and features. If you have more than 2 sources or need to drive longish cable runs, Saga makes a ton of sense. If not, then the SYS is great. Marvey has recently posted that he thinks SYS is a bit more transparent than Saga's passive mode fwiw.
@monacelli Thank you very much for the info. I have 2 input so it would be okay either of them. The cable will be 3.3' length (1m) between source and Pre and 1.6' length (0.5m) between pre and power amp.
Another factor I need to be considered is damping factor if I understand correctly. My turntable via Mani output impedance is 75 ohm, my digital source via Dac output is 50 ohm. SYS Input impedance is 10k ohms which has more than enough damping between source and Sys. SYS output Impedance is 5k ohms maximum
And power amp that I am planning to try is CrownXLS1502 which has input sensitivity .775Vrms or 1.4Vrms and I guess that just choose 1.4Vms and it should be fine since output is not that strong and it will be enough damping between Sys and Power?
