FYI today I just received the package I bought from Canada. It was shipped at the start of December & it arrived just now on January 13th.

So I wouldn't lose hope just yet. There still might be a chance it's being shuffled around from the holiday workload.

Thanks. However, there are literally no 'scans' for these items, which is really weird.

I was selling the gear to help cover an unexpected expense within my wife's family. This experience has taught me (among other things) how over invested I have been in this hobby.

If you can't afford for something to disappear (or go up in smoke) then, in the scheme of things, you probably can't afford it...

I had an item disappear via USPS for about 4 weeks before it got scanned... on the wrong side of the country. Still hopeful it'll turn up somehow.

Seems Donald got good news from Fedex as well and my Stratus is likely on its way back to Donald. Maybe a happy end for me and some reason of hope for @jowls . We had to call them several times from US and FR side though.

Couriers are tossers, and often "lose" stuff until you poke them. Still crossing fingers for you guys, what a bunch of crap.

I actually had an insured Canon 1DX get delivered to a Toyota dealership in Australia instead of to me and the postie promptly moved back overseas a week later. Since the parcel was apparently signed for (not by me or anyone at Toyota) Auspost refused to pay out my insurance. I had to get the police involved and eventually threaten with media coverage until they paid me out 6 months later.

    Never again.
