You've always had that option, to have the board tested elsewhere. It's not like we have control over that.

However, I don't know what "acting beyond my expectations" means, I'm afraid.

 

Please remember I have not yet post in another forum that has a broader user base, while you consider me illfully insulting you. If I wanted, I know who to talk to.

But I haven't. That said a lot.

But if you looked through the timelines, I wasn't the first to assert "improvements will be more expensive" and "datasheets don't work" according to "our experience", in a techinical discussion.

So I consider that a challenge taken. Now it is all my time, money, and risk doing the planning, reworking, and testing while I deal with comments on the board. And potentially the shipping costs is on me to test it There are a lot of people on my back waiting for me to get it wrong.

Sorry for the manner, but it has been several long nights gathering information. But I do acknowledge that I don't have a lovely character when it comes to such things.

If this is a challenge, I am sorry. I probably shouldn't have replied. I shouldn't get into technical discussions, as my range of experience is not infinite nor infallible. I have many days when I doubt my own results.

Only one note of HF noise then I would be out, since my goal in proving I can refine the design is already achieved.

Current board layout is not optimized to counter HF noises. I cannot tell if you tried, since my picture shows less noise near 21.5Khz.

Well, IMO, one cannot expect to enjoy being popular without bearing the risk of being exposued. At least I won't reworeded my comments back and forth for more likes.

So I actually do have a PhD in engineering (robotics). From a university typically ranked in the top 10. It doesn't mean I'm smart, and nobody I know thinks that having a PhD means you're smarter than someone without a PhD.

And trusting mfg data sheets is pretty stupid for any instrument or electronics. Always, always run your own tests and analysis. Unless your company has enough cloud/money to work with the mfg to ensure you can trust the data (have someone observe the test, process the data, etc).
