    I have no idea if anyone has a use for this, but I want to at least try and keep it out of a land fill

    I have a leftover Gen3 USB board for a Yggdrasil. It works perfectly and after adding Gen 5 to my Yggdrasil, I have it sitting around.

    For anyone with a first gen USB or a USB board that is fried, this is a good option.

    For installation, it is exactly the same process as a Gen5, so Marv's instructions on that work.

    Price: Free. I'll even cover shipping in Canada and CONUS.

    Yggdrasil has never had a gen 1 implementation, it’s only had gen 3 and now gen 5.

    Could be a good USB -> I2S board.

    I was sure that the Yggdrasil came with a pre Gen3 board at one time... I guess I am mistaken.

    Either way, this is the Gen3 board that shipped with a new Yggdrasil - when the Yggdrasil still shipped with Gen3.
