Yup... looks like it would be $106 in brokerage, plus whatever their handling fee is on top (probably $25 ish), plus roughly $140 in taxes... you can see how this becomes a non-starter

But what's that, why not declare low? Because besides the risk of shipping something heavy without insurance, Customs has the authority to look at something and decide that it is worth more than declared and force you pay the amount they want or you have to send it back.
