    Hi guys,
    I posted last week for advice on a DOA Modi MB and I need to get ahold of Schiit for a swap. Problem is, I've been trying for 3 weeks to get them to respond to emails explaining the situation and requesting an exchange. I'm sure their super swamped between the new Texas spot and it being this time of year, but has anyone else had issues with it taking this long for help? Most of the stories from their customer service seem they are super on point with getting things handled. At this point I don't know what to do to get the good Schiit I was hoping for. Any advice is appreciated.
