    So sad about his death. And wanted to share this amazing live video recording of him I found. It’s a pretty long DVD but some songs made it to YouTube and someone made a playlist 13 songs or something. The DVD has some of his best songs. And it’s by far the best recording ever released by him. Minimal backup band of talented musicians. Oh God it’s good.

    Thanks for posting this @rhythmdevils! The rendition of "In Spite of Ourselves" from this DVD was one of the first performances that got me interested in John Prine. Those videos were actually posted to John Prine's own YouTube channel, so they seem to have the blessing of his record label. Looking at the track listing from the DVD [link here], the YouTube playlist appears to include the full concert. Unfortunately the playlist has the tracks out of order, which makes it a bit hard to follow if you want to watch the whole thing. Here's a quick list I put together with the track listing matching the DVD.
