From what I know Youtube compresses the audio, so FLAC might not help much.

More importantly, though: Microsoft or Apple?

Also, it is possible to insert comments on the video during the Youtube editing process, which follows the uploading of the clip and is prior to making it viewable.

No problem mate. Given my limited audio gear experience (Has it been only slightly more than a year that I've spent so much on this hobby? Gosh.) it's one of the few ways I could properly contribute to this forum. Glad to see you picked it up real quick though.
