FS: ECP T4

I am really in two minds about this.

I wanted a T4 for for a long, long time and was lucky to find one on the second hand market, only for it to arrive with one channel cutting out. Tom of Beezar has been amazing and came out of retirement to repair the amp, which has involved new transformers from Lundahl, replacement caps and some mechanical components (potentiometer and z-switch).

The seller has disavowed himself from any responsibility and this experience has taken up quite a lot of my mental and emotional energy over the past few months. It has also reinforced the fact that I actually enjoy music more when it’s at its most simple (I am streaming Apple Music to my airpods as I type this. JAR660 out of my laptop also puts a smile on my face).

This is all a long winded way of saying I think I am better off selling the T4. Biggie was right; mo money, mo problems.

I’m not sure I will recoup the considerable costs of repair from DHL, but I am looking for the price I paid to the seller and to Australian customs, which equates USD$1925.

Be aware that is some damage on two corners of the chassis. Otherwise the amp is in great condition and will be functioning ‘like new’ once Tom has finished reassembling it over the next few days. I will ask him to ship direct to the buyer, and will absorb this cost. The amp will not include tubes.

Damage looks to be pretty superficial and unoticable when in use. Any beauty pics of the entire amp?
