I have no tolerance for spicy food, but I still eat Punjabi cuisine like a masochist whenever I'm near a good restaurant. The main problem is finding one with real food, not the stuff they feed the yuppies.
I don't eat dairy anymore but saag paneer from my favorite place got me through a lot of tough times. Now it's saag mushroom with coconut cream.
