There is an online tool I like for stuff like this called music-map.com. You punch in an artist and it gives you a little solar system of similar stuff. Pretty close most of the time. It suggests Ximena Sariñana and Enjambre for you.

Roon would be right about Julieta Venegas, similar vibe, I'm a long time fan (been to a concert even)... I'm not familiar with the others, well, Lily Allen but she's not singing in Spanish AFAIK.

Just realized Emily Estefan is Gloria Estefan's daughter (duh) while Googling some of those, I'm a fan of her mother but it's not the same vibe.

I'd add iLe and Bebe to the list... I feel like there's another good suggestion on the tip of my tongue and I can't quite seem to remember it... I'd add Natalia Lugo too even if a bit more pop, cause I'm a homer... ;P

For some reason I was thinking along the lines of female singers, anyway, more broadly I'd add Enanitos Verdes tho a bit more rock...

Also just realized how annoying it'd be to search for iLe or Bebe, look up Almadura & iLevitable for the former and Pafuera Telarañas for Bebe (that's the one I remember most anyway).
