I'd be curious to hear impressions. Weiss is not a name that comes up around here very often.

@Armaegis, absolutely, I am kind of leaving the SBAF compound on this one. Figured it would be fun to try something truly different and see if it sticks. I have been slacking on impressions with all my gear churn lately, but will be planning an extensive write up on this one.

I admit, I have in irrational curiosity simply because 204 is my area code lol.

I’d be curious to hear your thoughts on the Dac 204. I’ve been happy with the Dac 502, and I’m kind of surprised there hasn’t been much said (good or bad) on here about Weiss.

@GanGreinke I hope have a member from Louisville, Kentucky who is just as "irrationally" interested in yout impressions. :D

Curious - what pushed you away from the May?

@Soups $$$. I am no longer working from home so I decided to liquidate a bunch of my home office rig as it felt silly to have that much money tied up in a DAC/headamp for a personal rig I am not getting much use on/I primarily listen to vinyl on. Of course easier said than done, I ended up more side grading as I stumbled into a new level of performance with my LS3/5a paired with a Whammerdyne amp.

I'm somewhat resigned to the idea that a proper liquidation of my gear will only happen through an estate sale (post-me). ;)
