    I have seen this sort of thing happen a few times now - one person trying hard to steer the entire ship. Starts in the control room, pressing buttons but when it doesnt work he slowly ends up finding that he's worked his way down to forcing the rudder to move by his own hands and then finally lets go.

    I'm happy that he's taken time off, sacrificing your state of mind to keep others happy isnt an option.
