I use a Noble BTS. $99, works with any IEM with standard two-pin connectors, and doesn't do anything to materially screw up the sound of your favorite IEM.

I've got The Sennheiser Momentum 2 True Wireless. Really like them for the gym or just walking, easy to use, no DAC required and the sound is quite acceptable and far better than the Air Pod Pros. Make sure you get the latest version though.

Personally used the Lypertek Tevi for sometime. It’s SQ is pretty good for a tws, even Crinacle says they’re very similar to er2xr. And battery life is solid nearly 70 hours with the case and 10 hours on the buds. Horrible mic though, but can live with it. For 100$ they’re good imo.
