I just wanted a dedicated easy to follow post where people can make comments or ask questions as well as have an easy bill of materials (which can be customized as you see fit. Please note you customize however you want. I want to start off and give credit to the original design of this of this table TNT FleXy Table.

Bill of Materials w/ Builder Notes:

    Special Thanks:

@JK47 - For really pushing me to do this on my own. He was the first builder and inspired me to do a similar build. I have been asking him lots of questions and appreciate his help.
@struggles - For helping out the community with the counter sink idea on the rack. Great job man going to be using that on my rack as well
@shaizada - For helping me find the right carpet spikes that weren't too expensive
@n3rdling - For providing me with alternative links and ideas for wood alternatives and where to find hard to find metal (that may not be sold at local hardware store). He actually deserves credit for reminding me that rubber washers are important to put between the metal washer and the wood to help with vibration dampening (in the end for this I used sorbothane sheets and made my own washers).

I always felt that if I were to build a flexy rack, I would make the rack as rigid as possible (mostly for strength reasons), then "float" a second board on top of each shelf with a layer of foam or whatever vibrational absorbing material I could find for proper isolation.

Alright Step #1: Create Sorbothane Washers

If I ever tell you in pm or anywhere else I am going to make washers tell me I'm a dumbf*ck

Alright Final Rack Picture is up on first post. Not to leave my other rack left out I ended up making use for it.

Shouldn't you spike it over carpet?
