FS: Nitsch Piety, Massdrop Cavalli Tube Hybrid, and tube pairs (12AT7 and 12SN7)

I am winding down (god help me, been trying to do so for almost a year now) on gear purchases. I'm more or less done now, and settled. Recently, I did get nostalgic and had gotten a Piety (for the 2nd time), and the MCTH (for the 2nd time). Kind of reliving why these amps were so good - and I would still argue that these are two amps that really punch way way way above their class. I can't in good conscience have these boxed or collecting dust as time moves on. Hoping someone will give them a better home and proper use.

Also, I have some tubes from a tube amp I sold a while back, and no longer need - clearing out old stash. Again, hoping someone can use these tubes.

I am the second owner. First owner only stated to put 20 hrs on this. I've only put about 10 myself. Excellent condition. I do not have the original box but will package it with the utmost care. Comes with the unit, the power supply, and a pair of WBC cables (the very short kind - I honestly don't know the measurement length).

I am the second owner. Bought here from SBAF member (Carlos CPA). Overall great condition. There is a slight nick on the top edge of the faceplate (how I received it) - please see pictures. Comes with Unit, Power Supply, and an Amperex A-Frame, orange print, 6DJ8 - will be in original packaging. Selling for less than the previous sale price.
