Since you’ll most likely be adding it to your collection of $$$ amps, looking forward to a comparison with your Carbon CC.

 

A comparison to the Blue Hawaii will be inevitable, Im presuming this is supposed to be a direct upgrade to that amp. Of the very few things Justin posted he indicates this is aimed for that market.

 

It will be a flagship DHT amp, and priced as such (has to be). I've been working on this for so long and it ended up on the back burner because of the complexity of the project.

I'm unreasonably excited to hear\see this, love seeing more options for electrostatic tubes. Will need to refrain from blathering on until Justin is ready to release more details.

--> Does this mean that this new amp will also be able to drive conventional Headphones ? Byby my EC445 amp ?


BTW: I like the look, except ... the rounded transformer cover at the back ! Square may look sharper ? or even... no cover at all, leaving the transformer apparent ? is it possible to remove the transformer's cover like my EC445 ?
