Pacific Audio Fest (6/23-6/25/2023)

Hi folks,

Looks like I will be at the Pacific Audio Fest this year! I'm retiring in June and giving myself a present of Pacific Audio Fest, a few days in Olympic Na Park, then a trip to Alaska for whale and bear watching!

Saturday night dinner at Sharp;s Roast House. 6:00pm, Attending:

PAF was fun last year heat wave aside, not sure if I will be going again this year considering how crowded June is for shows and travel already, but will see!

 

Great! We'll see if others are interested, and maybe have lunch one of the three days. I plan on being there all three days, unless it's just too small of a show.

Aren't you in Portland? relatively close! But seriously, rough schedule!

Still down here in SoCal but with all the shows stacked this June plus some personal events also happening in June, I might be traveling a bit haha. Last year at PAF I flew into Vancouver and then we drove into Seattle for PAF and were manning the Focal booth.

Think for now the schedule for this year is pretty solid for CanJam NYC and SoCal, Chicago and Dallas I think we are debating about showing at but PAF will see what bossman thinks!

 

Hey dudes, I'll prolly try to show up for at least one of the days, never been to an audio show before.

 

Woohoo! One month away. Time to start to think about who might actually be there, and can we have a get together, maybe for dinner.

 

The seminars have been posted for PAF. looks like some good ones. Don't click the button for seminars as that takes you to the 2022 seminars. Go to the main page, hover over Attend, click Event Schedule, then scroll down a little.

I was hoping to hear the new Mofi SourcePoints, but alas, they aren't on the list (yet). Although, Andrew Jones is a seminar speaker, so there might be hope to hear them.

 

Thanks for the heads up! Top of my list is to hear the Enleum Amp-54r prototype, will be shown off at the Jaguar Audio spot.

 

I believe that is the same amp Darth Vader has!

 

Definitely some good seminars, I’ll be sure to attend a few. We gotta figure out a dinner for Friday or Saturday.

 

There is a sharps roast house across the street from the expo hotel. How about we eat there? 6:00 Saturday night. I can make the reservation, but I need to know how many. Who's in?

Also, I just got 6/30 ticket to see Return of the Jedi performed live by the Seattle Symphony! That should be fun.
