    Like to give a shout out to Schiit Audio for good customer support.

    My Lokius left channel stopped working. Fortunately, I was still under the 2 year warranty with 1.5 months left. Used their web site to ask for warranty service.

    Got a return email next business day for return number.
    2 day turn around(not counting shipping) with fixed Lokius.
    Blew a left channel op-amp, they replaced both left and right channels op-amps.

    A good reminder to myself to take customer support performance into consideration when buying gear.
