Violectric V800

Letting go of some more items:

My Violectric V800 dac, cosmetic is very good safe for a small chip in the nextel coating.

Right the Crack is also for sale, there is a bit of rust on the bell housing because i wanted the bare metal look. I think it adds character so i didn't fix it, shouldn't be too hard to do.

The following mods are installed:
Speedball
Replaced the volume pot with a 41 step attenuator from Acoustic Dimension
Replaced the output caps with big film in oil caps from Obligato
Hooked up a high quality cable(Sommer The Spirit) straight up to the attentuator for extra shielding and noise reduction. Terminated that with Neutrik rca plugs.
Replaced driver tube socket with a high quality Russian military one.

Tube wise i have GEC 6AS7G brown base and the stock 6080 tube included for output. Driver tubes i have a Mullard CV4003, Gold lion 12AU7(new production), GE 12AU7 x2, 2x 12AU7 not sure what they are. The last 2 pairs i mentioned might be a bit noisy. But the other tubes are noise free and still very good, the GEC will probably have another 5 years left atleast. Everything is NOS except for the Gold lion.
