Looking to sell my Lyr 2 that I purchased in late November 2015. Perfect condition cosmetically. Have original packaging, non smoking house, carefully used etc.

Here is where it gets a bit tricky - I have quite a few tubes to go with the amp, see list below or my post on the lyr 2 thread for description of each pair of tubes. All tubes are low hours (less than 200), some not even burned in (less than 20 hrs).

    Schiit LISST "solid state tube"
Amprex '72 Orange label - sold
Amprex '65 Bugle Boys - sold

    "Russian" 6H23n-EB (Premium) - sold
Electro-harmonix 6922 Gold pins - New production - Made in Russia - sold

    Stock canadian tubes

I would prefer to sell this as one big package and not have to deal with selling 6 sets of tubes to 6 buyers. Make an offer if you would like a set of tubes, but again, would prefer to sell whole package.

Willing to sell for $425 (updated total for remaining items). Also would consider trades for Valhalla 2 or Vali 2 and cash.

On a second thought maybe I should have broken it up

    Used Lyr 2 w/ stock tubes - $325
    LISST - $70
EH Gold pins - $30 SOLD
Russian premium nos - $75 SOLD
    Bugle Boys - $40 SOLD
    Orange label - $30 SOLD

I will take money off if you buy multiple sets of tubes, or even more if you buy tubes to go with amp.

If they don't have any issues I'll take both pairs.

I'll pay for them this evening when I get home from work.

    Thanks!

These are the photos from the internet, I will double check when I get home but I am 99% sure these are both labeled 6DJ8 and the orange label being a 6DJ8 / ECC88

Just realized you were talking about the Russian Tube. Bought from Tubestore.com , and it is NOS. My bad!

That's alright. I try to go for new production tubes as much as possible due to (hopefully) more reliable supply, but if the Russian can last as long as some of the purchasers on the tubestore site claim I might consider buying it. How does the sound compare to the EH Gold pins? (I have the non-gold version).

Although, would you ship them out of the US?

Prefer not to go through the hastle of shipping internationally - sorry dude.

I thought they sound great though, small improvements all around over the EH's. Much crisper sound, but not harsh, better imaging (?).

I understand. Might get the non-premium version from garage1217 which jeremy is selling for 14 per tube, or the premium one if he has it. Thanks all the same.

Couple of bites, but nothing too serious so far. Make an offer, offer a trade, tell me the price is ridic, whatever. Willing to sell items separate if you would like to try LISST or Russian NOS tubes.

    EH Gold pins - $30
    Russian premium nos - $75

Do you have one sentence of opinions on what these are like? Particularly in comparison to LISST (or stock tubes)?

I haven't listened to the electro Harmonix tube in a while, but it was one of the first tubes I bought over the stock ones. It improved clarity but still had a warm sound. Maybe lacked a bit of low end, but better overall tone over lisst which can sound dry.

I really liked the Russian premium. I currently have them in my amp. Much better clarity but keeps clean low end. Kind of like a lisst with tube sound. Highly recommended

Bump? I can feel the Black Widow being done any day and would like to sell this to lessen the blow.

    Thanks!
