That is a writing style I use for blogging...
Kind of strange but I like the look.
It might be wrong. But I like to buck the system. Never was quite normal.

 

I'm thinking about doing some YouTube Channel stuff for funny stuff......
Not sure, if I will offend too many..... I am very rude when it comes to Multi-Culture. I grew up in an environment where the people did not get offended like they do now. Politically Correct was non existent. So you could make jokes about the other nationalities........

Just a thought of mine...
I have been pushed to do the Comedy Clubs since my Twenties....
And I just think that I would have turned into a Drunken Fool... up all night and sleep all day.

Back to 2 Channel Stereo.
I have been doing a lot of listening to the JBL Pro 3 Series System as of lately when I have been setting up my 2 Offices.... (One in the Bedroom, and One that takes control of most of the Dining Room).

What I do notice about the system is low volume listening is just meh....
Not a bit of detail comes out of the system at all.
Audiophile speakers at low levels they are not. They have no pleasing attributes, and sound like your typical sound system you would come home with by spending a thousand at Best Buy, and think you had the greatest shit on the planet.

But when you turn up the volume on the JBL Professional 3 Series to anything other than low volumes....
You start to hear some really good music...
It's not unacceptable for an audiophile at all...
Now I have only the Pro musician XLRs coming out of the Freya to the JBL Sub and then out of the JBL Sub to the Active JBL 308s comes another Pro musician XLR cable. So what if we put some nice audiophile XLRs in the mix......????

Don't know... but I will be able to put at least one from the Freya to the JBL sub pretty soon and see if that helps the low volume. It just might. Why can't I have all the tools for testing? Damn it?
Because I can't justify spending for the JBL system only.... $500.00 to line the Active JBL 308s with some fancy XLRs when they only cost me next to nothing.....

Years ago I had 15 sets of cables....
You could really get the sound figured out with which one fit....
It is somewhat a pissing match to get matching parts with the really expensive parts
When you really lose your mind and you are a succesful executive...
You want to show off how hard you gosh darn worked.
So when you get home, that darn stereo better be a showpiece of your net worth and sound just as good.... If you know what I mean.....
I have seen this.......
It's a pissing match with other executives on who's system really is the best possible.....

The JBL Pro 3 Series.... I can tell you... It is not the best possible.... far from it....
I will post it's review... very soon...
Just wanted to point out that if you want to buy it for backround music... forget about it...

Simplify.

Just put one nice surf pic, and your name, numbers etc in clear type. Even for temporary, it matters. At the moment, they won't get as far as looking for your numbers.

"Ellipses" is the plural of "ellipsis"...

Edited to add that I've been accused of excessive ellipsis usage myself. (I actually just stopped myself from using one after the "Edited to add" there....). See what I did there?

Things are really getting organized though.....
It's almost at white glove level and a reach and grab for almost anything I need is almost there...
Quite the setup, I am about to embark on....
I'm totally exhausted.... right now....
But extremely peaceful at the same time.....
My Cynthia is coming home in just a few days...
My home is just about completely done with a new makeover of products that will make my life working again much more efficient....
I seriously would not even consider another day on that silly thing called "phone", if I didn't have my shit together......

I'm doing a "Pick and Choose"....
My Doors are not Open to all.....
Only Clients that I feel warrant my time and are fun enough to make the effort.....

I'm not "In it to Win it"..... Oh No......
I just have some inkling that my friends would be happier if I made some freakin' effort..
I'm a spoiled brat... let's face that fact right now.... and my friends can't stand the fact that I live the "Life of Riley".......

Well they made their life choices and they have to soak in it...

I spent about 8K building out my new try for who the hell knows.....
I really think this is just a whole bunch of people miss the hell out of my crazy ass.....

I'm not the only Comedian on the Planet..... There are other minds out there that can make your pants fall off......
I need new T-Shorts though.... So my 20" Heat press in my Den has been sitting dormant for about 3.8 years....
We need to turn her back on with some real good pigment ink process and my graphic ability and get some tees shootin'.......

The web design seems like a chore again to me...
I just might do my existing clients with a new design, and be done with it....
I want to explore my freedom of design again.... and not have a client deadline.....
Get Creative... do something that is not work.....
Maybe get back to my Bryce......

All I know is...
I really am regretting going back to doing anything but making T-Shirts....
I don't want the stress of the website design again....
It gave me burn out after a dozen years....

Just bought new photography and video editing setup....
I used to do a lot of Product Photography...
I was very good at it....
Comparable to photographers that charged $150/hr....
I charged $50/hr.... and put it up on your website...
I have the equipment to cast all the lighting, shadows, and flash bouncing needed....
These photographers are mostly dorks that are a one-trick pony...
So when I show up...
They put their back up like a Kitty Kat....

Kind of a funny thing........

Oh....
And I do the same work with equipment that costs one tenth of what they spent on theirs...

 

I have much more going on....
But my time must be spent setting my new life up....
So one day I will show you how..... just a little bit of engineering (ha ha).... will get your efficiency off the Richter Scale and into the Stratosphere.....
Ergonomics is key... and I am turning my old age into a modern ergonomic tech turntable of the latest best products... that will make my life peaceful and just easy....

Gotta like that.... It's costing me.... who the hell cares.... if I run out of cash.... just shoot me.....

 

Damn, I'm glad I learnt the basics of type, typography, layout in the days before the we was even dreamt of.

And after all that, computers became my job. I never used/learnt any html, but out together a decent website using wysiwyg tools. Fifteen or twenty years ago.

I don't like html and don't find it easy. And I speak as an ex command-line-Unix man. And as a man who also used Linotype phototypesetting machines back in the days when codes and dumb terminals where all you could see until the paper came out of the processor. And I pushed that code pretty-much to its limits too, with work from children's books to very complex form layouts.

1. Everything has to be easily readable.

2. Type is a thankless task: when it is good, nobody notices it.

The Doctor from the Hospital just called me...
He asked me if I could handle her at home.....
She is still very weak, and cannot walk at all...
But I am setup quite well for that situation, and told him that it would be fine....

So I am awaiting the call from the Nurse....
And Cynthia should be home in a few hours...

After installing all that mountain of software I bought, I realized that there are no symbols or clip art.
There goes my Son... he is going to have to go fishing..... into the Storage...
The Storage is 25' x 10' up to the Ceiling with my lady's and my stuff. Three quarters of it is Cynthia's. She is a hoarder, and I have been paying out the ass for 5 years for her hoarding ways. I have just one side. There is about 300 pounds of CDs with my work on it in there in boxes. Then about 100 CDs with software that I spent about 50K on over the years. Some is useless now on the new Windows OS. But I have about 5 Workstations in Storage with the old Windows on them so I can run some of my special programs that cost me tons of cash. I used to do 3D Modeling. Some of those programs were very expensive. And the Textures were expensive too.

The new software is pretty easy to pickup on. Just took me a few minutes to find where the controls were on most. But what a shit ton I bought. When I do things, I go the FULL MONTY.... If you know what I mean.....

The Photography and the Video Production is what I'm really excited about...
I'm going to have to buy one of those GoPro Cameras yet....
That's the only piece of the puzzle that I don't have.
I have an extensive setup otherwise....
I have the thing for the Green Screen, Pro Lighting, multiple video cameras, microphones, and all....
I can do full video productions.... and have experience doing it... story boarding.........

Don't ask me to wear a suit jacket and tie though....
Just nice collared shirts with the Alligator on it....

I just am a very enthusiastic individual that spends most of his time learning....

I find it relaxing.....
Where most would find it taxing, I love when I was younger, going to the library, and getting more books at the non-fiction side...
I just had to know more....
It's just my nature...
My Dad was my mentor, I guess...
He was not as much as a nutcase, nor as enthused as I...
But he was a sponge, as well, and could not learn enough, of everything in this world of ours.....

Heck, I don't even have a reason for some of the things I learn sometimes.... It's just I want more knowledge.....
Is that crazy? Yes... But I like it!!

I'm having a great time over the Christian Holiday called Easter.... It is a very bustling time here where I live. The crowds come like gangbusters. There are thousands and thousands of tourists that vacation for the Easter Holiday, and they come to my town and do their habits from home. You can spot them from a mile away.....
Not hard at all. They push and shove a little. That is to be expected. They are not privy to the ways of our Culture here in the Bible Town. I don't expect that at all. They are kind of nice though, they are on vacation, after all.

Well you aren't going to find out anytime soon until I get my system back to Reference Status....

What I'm going to do is.... Create another "Bridge" for my Krell KSA-100.....
This will allow me to use my Morrow Audio RCA Reference 4 Cables from the Freya to the Krell KSA-100 and I will have a Reference System again....

I have the Steel for the Legs.... I just have to buy the Pine Wood or the Plexiglass and the top Girders to Connect the Steel Legs to finish the "Bridge"....
The Krell KSA-100 needs to have the same height I have now... with the Legs of Steel..... the Krell KST-200S does not... but I like the strange look....
So I will keep the crazy... with the Krell KSA-200S Setup......

I couldn't get the same Steel Setup with my next buy of Girders....
It is much Thicker... It weighs... a ShitTon.... And I don't know if there is a Furniture Pad that is made that would fit under it. So I would have to fabricate an Under the Steel Bridge Pad for the Krell KST-100 Amp that would fit it's very particularly hard to fit fin system. I can do it. I am a designer.... so it is a no brainer... it just will be a thought process.....

Once again.... the world is not yet built...
You must build it....

That is why I am here...

Polk Audio Bookshelf Speakers....
I could not resist the price of $199.00 for these little juggernauts......
They have a nice sound to them, say many.....

We shall find out....
It seems that they were heavily discounted......
and have a chance to be replacements in my Race Shop after they are done testing in the Big D Labs.....
That is my trusty Living Room with great sound damping by Teddy Bears and more.....

Polk Audio TSi200

I am putting a (set of 4) 6.5" Polk Component Speaker System into my Chevy HHR. Using one of my extra Mega Horsepower Amps that put out 125 RMS/ch into each speaker, and this is what made me think of buying the Polk Bookshelf Speakers for the Garage, and replacing the Dual DJ Speakers that I have installed there now. The Polks should have a much more detailed sound, by far...... the Cerwin Vegas... not so much.... So maybe I keep my Martin Logan Dynamo 1000 and pair that with the Polk Bookshelf Speakers in the Race Shop....

Now that would be some damn good Sound Package for the Race Shop.......
Don't think many have such a sophisticated system in their shop, that's for sure.......
But I'm a freakin' nut case........
This is what you would expect from someone who goes the whole banana in what he does.......

All or nothing I say....... If you are going to do it...... Do it with style.....
And just remember.... You never know where you are going...... Till you get there......
