I've seen those used for inductances past 6.8mH with low DCR a lot. Reasonably priced. I just hope the metal enclosure and the way the coils are mounted is considered in the XO (it likely is). That's going to affect the values.
Enclosure is aluminum, so won't affect value. Stainless steel screws are used to mount inductors, to not effect magnetic field.
They are actually made in house, there is a winding machine

But in house makes a lot of sense. Probably brings what is otherwise a reasonably priced inductor down to a fraction of the price.
