Great deal here on a VPI TNT/arm/cartridge, with the upgraded platter for someone in Portland. Buy this and be done. Note: these are massive. I’m not an expert on which version this is, but I love my TNT III.

 

I loved this headphone. Not sure I would pay that though.

 

Yeah, the more I have looked around the more its not really a good price. But there seems to be a huge price jump in fostex/denon bio cellulose driver headphones lately.

@ColtMrFire How are you liking the Yggdrasil Analog 2 and what are you moving to from the SR1a?

 

It's alot better than I suspected, much better than BF2. SR1a is amazing but I was only using it for a couple genres and want something more all rounder. Lost out on a Black Widow so looking for that or T3.

Suspicious ad alert: Focal Stellia offered for $960 plus shipping on Audio Asylum.

Newly registered seller (as of yesterday, 8/30). No feedback. I reached out to the seller today and was told that the only payment options were Cash App, Zelle Pay Service, MoneyGram, bank transfer, and Venmo. Of course, MoneyGrams and bank transfers have been used by scammers for years, and the three electronic payment methods explicitly warn against using them for goods/services because they offer no buyer protection. Requests to use PayPal as a payment method were repeatedly ignored. When asked for trader feedback, the seller ignored the question and stated this was an individual sale, not a store or company. All seller messages contained random grammar oddities and capitalization.

The seller did state the headphones were purchased from Music Direct in March 2019 and were also available for local pickup in Shreveport, LA. If anyone local wants to try their luck, PM me and I'll send you the physical address he sent me. The zip code for the provided address was 71108, whereas the one listed in the ad itself was 70049 (Edgard, LA).

If it's too good to be true...
