Maybe it's in the tradition of bad/no effort artwork for dubs in general. It's like how when he first began releasing the 7"s they didn't even come with a cover. Al could def get incredible art if he wanted it. Or maybe it's the label.

That's Brian Jonestown Massacre's Revelation record.

It has to be by choice, Sinai is his label and Drag City does pretty nice releases. I only know ZamZam from their mixes on SoundCloud, but I think they only put out one of the 7" - box set is co-released by Sinai and Drag City. Here's hoping that the Om single reissue and dub box are just Drag City warm ups for the fabled new Om album.

A new Om record is needed! I didn’t know Sinai was his label, I always thought they were out on Drag. That’s cool, Al’s dubs are always a pretty chill time. I wish Haikus would pick up the sticks again. :-(

This is such a beautiful disaster of a show.

Listening based on blog recommendation, the music forces me to repeatedly crank the volume.

Boogie on down like it's 1977. More infectious than a COVID carrier at a nose-flute convention.

    Oh yay!

Memories of the day I put two separate Hawkwind albums on two record players in the same room and played them both together.

    Never did it again, though.

Don't be surprised if I don't listen to a lot of audiophile classics.
