I like red also and would like it over blue. Doesn't matter that much to me though.

I always wondered why there was a recessed driver and it was not flush with the surface, on the Ether..
Then the 1.1 foam came to alleviate the issues I felt were cause by this recessed driver and give more clarity..

And now I also noticed it seems the "Flow" should fill in this area nicely,
As if it were meant to be there all along..
    ;)

wow, let me jizz on myself while I twist it in strange shapes of wongdong and describe tight screwing 3D with flows.
    rectified is the key term.
or delicious rectum pleasing. almost. almost.
    LOL

I actually think Amos is a decent reviewer, in the sense that he provides enough common references and is fairly clear and concise in his descriptors, as opposed to certain other Youtube "reviewers". I feel I at least have a good idea of where the Ether Flow stands in the scheme of things, at least from his perspective. I get the feeling I would reach a different conclusion if I were to hear the Flow, nonetheless.

@OJneg seems I can't give you a dislike hahaha for praising Amos as a (PAID!) reviewer of Ether Flow.

but agree that different conclusions can be reached based on the jizz fest.

I have to say Amos comments regarding the Ether was spot on. I need some more time with the Flow though.

An interesting interpretation of my post

I think my point is that Amos knows what he's hearing and there's hints of reality if you parse through the shill-vomit. I find I can do the same thing with Jude's reviews often times.

I much prefer Amos as a reviewer than a moderator. It's interesting when revisions/sequels are released as they always seem to fix 'problems' that weren't necessarily discussed when the original advertisement review came out...

Yes certainly true. Sucks that you would have to visit SBAF to be clued into any faults the Ether might have had, although they conveniently seem to surface when the upgrade appears :D

That is very true. My posts about disliking a headphone got deleted.

    It is what it is.

Its the top comment right now

I'm interested in hearing these, and really any evolution of modern planar implementations in headphones. I wasn't really a big fan of the Ether open or closed, but I didn't spend enough time with either to completely write them off

A bit too heavy on audio tweaks BS for me to take the rest of the review seriously.

So he used surgical tape inside his HE-1000 to improve the ''precision'' which means precisely nothing. Any way to quantify this improvement? Anybody else to corroborate this claim? I doubt that he has gone that far in the thought process.

Fang has a Phd in Nano materials and is smart enough to develop high end headphones which are very well regarded but ships his flagship product with a cable that is a major performance bottleneck. Poor guy didn't have access to ''high end'', ''ultra low resistance'', silver or copper cables in China to see how much better they made his headphone :D.

These guys are the Deepak Chopras of audio. Very good at creating word salads and making a lot of claims which nobody with even a slightly scientific bent of mind would take very seriously.

I've always thought Amos has soul buried under the paycheck.
If one can understand his language, then there is something to relate to.
    Unique vocabulary for sure.
    - ''Bass was kind of brighter, midrange was brighter, .. and the treble was brighter.''
    - ''prevents eddie currents''
    lol
