not really, the charts on the Sony only have the 1k to 3k steep rise common on the Harmon target. Midrange on down is a bit too elevated and the bass is way the eff off. And you get a nice 1% and above distortion from about 100hz on down. But I can see how some may like it!
@bixby As measured by Olive, the V6 FR didn't behave that way. He also picked it out as one of the "notable good values", according to his preference model that is being applied to new Harman headphones.
I'll have to check out Olives graphs, Tylls look like I hear them, but worth another look. Actually aside from some wonks in low bass and MIA lower treble the Sony 7520s could be called closer to the harmon curve.
