@bixby As measured by Olive, the V6 FR didn't behave that way. He also picked it out as one of the "notable good values", according to his preference model that is being applied to new Harman headphones.

I'll have to check out Olives graphs, Tylls look like I hear them, but worth another look. Actually aside from some wonks in low bass and MIA lower treble the Sony 7520s could be called closer to the harmon curve.

I searched but cannot find a Harmon measured Sony 7506 / V6 . Can you send me a pointer to the graph?

@Cspirou ATC was never in the budget. Neither are the Volts, which seem less good. And that was the Scan I had in mind.

@ultrabike 3" domes normally have enough issues with covering down into the midrange. I would rather not.
