I've got an T100. It's fantastic for what it is- highly portable fixed lens. Great colours ooc, very usable interface (the aperture ring is really handy), also very easy to get used to. Whether it can replace a system totally depends on your needs though- the fixed lens thing being the obvious factor.
I've always thought it really crazy that phones and cameras are not simply all weather/dust resistant. For goodness sake, they are made to be used outside!
The XT100 isn't sealed. However, lots of Fuji owners go out in the rain and dusty areas with non-sealed models. The X100 series comes to mind. I've gone out with my X100F, gotten it all rained on, no problems. Just wipe off with a dry cloth, and of course don't submerge it.
