    We have a great hunter of a cat. He isn't allowed in the house crawl space where the issue occurred. Exclusion, new vapor barrier and TomCat traps + glueboards for any stragglers that remain after the extermination / exclusion activities. When rats invade, this means war.

    We were having a nice grilled dinner with wine on the patio when a couple of rodents ran through the hillside rockery. Put out a couple of TomCats baited with peanuts. Not 10 minutes and the score was AB 2, rodents 0.
