I've been taking my weight in the morning and at night, sometimes there's a 5 lb difference. It's slightly depressing.
I just do it in the morning, before breakfast. And the pattern of a week tells more than a singe day, at least in my case. The single day can be disappointing. The pattern of a week less so.
