    Sent another email asking for a refund and never received a reply for that as well and that was over a week ago. Sent another email since my order status said it was complete. Finally called and DCA said it was a glitch and that i’d be receiving a tracking # that day with expedited deliver. Haven’t received a tracking number...

    Do a chargeback ASAP with your credit card company. This is outside the realm of acceptable, especially when you've asked for a refund and it hasn't shipped. It's not worth dealing with the headache like this.

    This is weird. Their customer support was always quick and easy for me. I wonder if some staffing has changed.

    The sad thing is I really wanted to listen to these as I like the AFO. I just never had a business not return an email when being asked for refund. I’ll probably call today and ask them to cancel the order and if I don’t receive confirmation by the end of day, i’ll start the CC chargeback.

    Maybe contact Dan directly on Head-Fi as well? If it was direct, he might be able to help & if it was through a dealer, he'd probably want to know.

    It was direct through DCA site. I’ll shoot him a PM on Head-Fi. He was always responsive when I did include him in a message or PM.
