I was losing my mind staying inside. So after pull-ups I had to move and go for a run. I no longer care. If I do not get out and breathe, I might as well do burpees until I collapse. Whatever, sometimes I really need to feel alive.
When I could still run it was always in the morning, exercise spikes cortisol and that fucks with the quality of sleep. Takes about 8h to get out of your system.
