Our company (national fortune 100 company) says when you have no symptoms and feel well enough you can return to work. No idea if that's a fair standard but that's what is used here. No idea how quick the current variants play out.

If you've got health insurance, look on the back of your card. There's usually a phone number for a nurse hotline; call it and ask all the questions you'd like! Get well soon!!!

I got it a bunch working in food service, was sick less long/severely each time, but check with a professional and get well soon
