Did you buy insurance when you sent it? If so, it should take a while but once you make your claim you should get the money.

I did. But yeah, it’s more the hassle that’s getting to me at this point. Would rather have been done with it. I’ve initiated a claim, but don’t have much confidence in FedEx not giving me run around and/or taking their time.

Your lack of confidence is well-founded. It took many, many months for my amp manufacturer's claim to finally be accepted and paid out. Hopefully with a lower dollar item like this it's not as bad. Still annoying either way... Keep us posted!
