    I recall the HPs at Tower Records. Those were horrible. Probably biohazards from use by the unwashed masses.

    Other reactions at work: "They cost $125? Should be $25, if that" "They sound like my 90's walkman." I don't agree though. On MJ2+Yggdrasil, Sr80x is actually kinda impressive value. Very detailed, dark blackground, expected lively mids which works with MJ2 V-shape, jarringly realistic timbre.
