Hahaha I do want a pair! This morning they let me play some fleshgod apocalypse and synestia, along with some tool and it sounded unbelievable. I’ve never heard Elegy sound so good on speakers

Alfred and Ilias were there from Estonia and probably Aldo from US. Alfred is the designer. Me and Alfred tune the sound. I do crossovers. Getting all 4 ways to be coherent and tonally right was a proper challenge.

Yeah I spent quite a while talking to Aldo throughout the entire weekend. and chatted with Alfred for a bit Saturday night at the "party" they had in the room as well. I was in the Forza room ALOT this weekend haha

would you be willing to go into more detail about what drove the decision to do the two midrange drivers in the Forza? they are both so similar in size

The upper unit is midbass with some considerable xmax capability. It only fills the range from 75 to 150 Hz. This is key to produce explosive slam of drums and portray accurate and pure upper bass notes.

Also, Estelon philosophy is all the drivers (also the woofers) have to be locked in phase in xo regions - with precision. This is why the bass is that damn accurate. From there on the pure midrange takes over - up to 2 kHz. This driver is very low xmax extremely specialist mid driver only. The construction is basically that of a mega-tweeter. It would suck at producing any bass.

That makes sense, Danny Carey’s drums sounded better on Invincible than any other rig at the show
