Epoxy resin might work better than Superglue- here the most common brand is "Araldite", not sure if it's the same there. If you let it cure properly, it may well be stronger than the original plastic.

I feel your pain... I once accidentally crushed my 650's and also snapped the yoke.

If you decide to try glue, I agree with @Kattefjaes. Superglue only lasts if there are ZERO gaps. Epoxy glue (with two tubes that you mix together right before using) works if there are gaps (even the slightest gaps). We usually call it Epoxy Glue over here in the US. Examples:

I had a broken band that I tried gluing some aluminum sheet to. Helped, but never got the stock clamp back (some might like that). That Shapeways link was what I was going to suggest.

@knerian has a mighty head too. Not only is it beautiful, I've heard it can snap headbands in twain with its might.

@Kattefjaes @Dino @fraggler Yeah, I'll try to insert a flexible aluminium sheet and use epoxy (thanks!). As for clamp, the stock is too strong. That's the reason I snapped it!

@Dino 3D printed headband! Honestly I didn't think about that at all. Will get one if metal + epoxy doesn't work. Welcome to 2016...

FWIW, I bought the band Dino linked and it works perfectly. A little less stiff than the original too, which is nice (less pressure).
