At the weekend, I ripped, FLACced and fixed the metadata on all 26 or so episodes of The Hitch-Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy. All of the public CD metadata sources were horrifically inconsistent. It was so annoying.
@Azteca Perfect tunes is Windows exclusive, unfortunately. And Room wouldn't do good enough; ID3 databases aren't very consistent. Even capitalization inconsistencies drive me mad! Thanks for the advice though.
@Kattefjaes yeah, we need an invention. Something called "Magic Tag" with patented "tagging with deep learning".
Oh, and note that in the original radio series of HHG, each episode has ~10 tracks, often with weird names.. Gnnnh. No one source of metadata was anything close to consistent in format through all episodes.
