No but QC20 is likely to be updated and washed down in a few years and requires charging. UE4 is unlikely to be updated and washed down, requires no charging to be effective, and is $400. Still if budget is the concern I'd just say go for the QC20.
Yeah... that's the hard part. Also, wow, they isolate more than the QC20, 26db vs 25 (not much more, but there are not active electronics/battery in it). May be more expensive, but the QC20 doesn't have a replacable battery, will die after like 5 years, and I have to charge it. Hard decision. UE4 would be a lot better, but $150 more...
