Foreword: The FXA6 is a 1BA 1DD hybrid by Fender, derived from Aurisonic's ASG series (but apparently diverging from their sound). This unit has been graciously loaned by @shotgunshane. Frequency Response Impulse CSD THD Impedance Response Analysis V-shaped response. Quite a bit bassier than the FXA7. Channel matching is excellent. Just like the FXA7, the impulse response has long, extended fluctuations. Looks inherent to the design of the IEM itself. Bass is rather wet and heavy compared to the FXA7. It's bordering on overwhelming for me. THD is passable but has these peaks at certain spots in both channels, though never breaking 1%. Wonder where that comes from. Stable with impedance, no surprises. Overall, the FXA6 fits my preferences more than the FXA7 but it's not something that really wows me in the end. It's okay.
